WOW... ur a "REAL M.D.? Then where the HELL is my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) & HCG!!

Yeah, the age old question that continues to frustrate me and FRY MY ASS!! The reason that more than 50% of my clients come to me with their SACKS stuffed up into their fucking pelvis and haven't been able to FUCK for the last 6 months! Cause people want to know..."are you an M.D."? Thankfully, I can say NO. I am NOT (MENTALLY.DEFICIENT.) I'm not some egotistical prick that will slap you with and "8 pump a day" script for "Abso-HELL", then promise you the world as you get your hopes up and it does nothing for you as you continue to yell and scream at your family and your wife is planning her exit strategy because she THOUGHT your "M.D." was helping you get things in check, when really all the incompetent fool has done is further contribute to the deterioration of a life already spinning out of control!! GREAT JOB M.D.'s!!!!!! A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALL YOU arrogant, egotistical, non knowing BASTARDS that put your clients in harms way and RUIN their lives EVERYDAY because you are FUCKING IDIOTS and don't know how to properly implement and monitor the proper medications necessary to establish a sound HRT/TRT protocol for the very patients that are paying for the Mercedes that you are pulling away in! You wanna SAY your an M.D.,...... PROVE IT. FIX/CHANGE/SAVE all the lives that I have, while doing WHAT I DO, then come talk to me!

Amen Chip. So why did I let my Urologist give me his directions on how often/what dose amount to inject the Test Cyp he prescribed me. This guy said "200mg every 3 weeks". And yea, he's an "M.D."... Shit is laughable.

haha so true. Even the good ones (there might be 3 in the country) will rape you with high prices for the shit you need telling you it's not made in the US...haha.

I jus' had a follow-up appointment with my endocrinologist to rule out some causes for my low testosterone. We are going to look into sleep apnea as a possible cause and have to make an appointment. I began talking with him about where we would go from there if everything was normal. He recomended Androgel and said he would be happy to see me in the 200-300 range. I am not joking at all. I said, "Shouldn't I be in the upper-third of the reference range?" At that point, I wasn't even going to waste my time discussing Aromatase inhibitor (AI), HcG or about my estrogen levels.

Thats a shocker! I seriously question how any of the idiots made it through med school.:Pat:

Finding a good doctor these days is a rarity. They are just so hung up on the last medical journal they read. They could care less about how you actually feel. To them, your health is merely a number and to diagnose that way is completely wrong. They are also very inconsistent. You go to one doctor, you get one answer. You go to another, you get a different answer, all while "YOU" the patient have to keep living with your shitty health.

And for some reason, they are rarely open to new ways of treatment. Once they are dead set in their ways, they will argue all day with you regarding how you feel.

lol wow this doctor is a complete idiot. Ask him how many satisfied customers he has running a 200-300 testosterone level and watch his deer in headlights look.

Well I have a doctor willing to give me the Testosterone cypionate at 200mg/wk and he gives me HcG but I don't know how to incorporate the HcG with the T? Also, what is AI?

My case in point, exactly. CORPSMAN.... the reason I beat up on these so called "doctors and M.D.'s" so badly is laid right out in front of us in your post. Unless I'm misinterpreting something, is it safe to assume that your doctor scripted you test and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), with NO guidance on how to properly administer either and at the same time, NEGLECTED to script you an AI(Aromatase Inhibitor)? If, in fact, this is the case, and judging by the fact that you are asking what an "AI" is, I'm sure it is, we can just add your doc to the rapidly growing list of "Mentally Deficients" that should have their license stripped. And then when you do go back to him after this brief education, and ask him about incorporating an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) such as Anastrozole, he will probably tell you that, "you don't need it". At which point, you should be so disgusted with him that you want to blast him in the mouth and make him swallow his chicklets. Then ask him to write you a check, in advance, for the $5,000 surgery you'll more than likely need, to remove the two new tits that you grew, due to your estrogen levels shooting through the roof because HE refused to script you the medication needed to control excessive aromatization from the test and HCG.

When you administer exogenous testosterone or use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to promote the release of natural testosterone from within, a portion of both forms of test will convert to estrogen, via an enzyme in our body, called AROMATASE. Everyone responds to estrogen conversion differently. Some are more sensitive than others. An "AI" or AROMATASE INHIBITOR will shut down the AROMATASE enzyme. This activity halts the body's ability to produce estrogen and if administered properly, safeguards you from the negative side effects of excessive estrogen production.
I'm very happy to help anyone I can, that has questions. What makes me not so happy, is when a guy comes on the board with a post like yours, and has to ask us how to administer the meds that your doctor scripted you. And the fact that you had to ASK what an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is.... Scares the SHIT out of me, for YOU. HRT/TRT is NOT proper treatment if it does not include Test, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), and an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I'd head for the hills if I were you, chief, before this joker turns the CORPSMAN into the....

CORPSE-MAN...:bigok:

hey chip, my doc is retarded too. He told me to take 200mg a week. i asked him about Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and and an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and he said "you don't need it, that's for steroid users". Plus he charges me 255 for a 10week supply, so fuck that. I'm going on my own and right now i got 50ml 200mg/ml test, 15000 iu's Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and 50 20mg caps of nolva. I was interested in your opinion of how i should use the novla and hcg, i'm gonna keep running the test 200mg/ml. thx

I don't even know where to get started. Besides bloodwork how do you know that you may need hrt?

1.) Go to - Maximus HRT

2.) Submit medical history questionnaire online.

3.) Print physical exam form. Get an annual physical exam and have physician complete form.

4.) Order blood work on our site. You will be emailed a script for your blood work within 24 hours to take to a Labcorp nearest you.

NOTE: If you have labwork or a physical, or both, that are less than 12 months old, they can be used.
