SHW-Childress or Bolton

Heavies-Goggins

Middles- Chuck V or Mash (should be a battle) read somewhere chuck has a new shirt which should help his bench out ALOT..Mash is putting up 800 in his viking!!

Lights-???i guess conyers??

you forget gary frank? wonder if mike miller is lifting?

agree on goggins

chuck v could be 3rd or 4th if no one bombs out and dependinng on who shows up. you got jessee kellum and donadel blue, brandon cass, chris mason dropped down to the 220s. these come to mind. a shirt is worthless if you dont know how to use it. =0) if travis dont bomb he is def the fav. travis is either big numbers or bomb. no in between for him. same way in the gym. watch for chris mason to put up big numbers. he's travis' main training pard.

lights depends on what ron palmer comes in at.

in bench only watch for chip stewart in the 220s from nc. he hit 755 his last meet in jan. chris cook from nc in the shw as well. if gene is off chris could take it. he could go 9+ easliy.

that my friend is a good idea. fuck they ought to televise it anyway on espn or sumpin.
they finally televised the mountaineer cup after promiseing to a couple of times lol . your gonna have to get up early and stay late to beat ED at any meet they dont use a monolift , he walks out heavy weight with the best of them . even though he redlighted his first attempt it looked like he literally came up so fast he lost his balance and stumbled backward .
i think tony conyers will take the lights even though hes giveing away a lot of weight , hes hard to beat , that little man is a stud . if gary doesnt bombout he should win the shw but every time i have been at 1 of his meets t the arnold he bombed , the place must have a jinx on him lol . goggins should win . the middle weights are the bombing out gang , most of the top guys there either hit insane #s or bomb out but if travis is on he should take it .

wish i was ther , its been 2 years since i went but im planning on being there next year .

just read that chuck v bombed on squats. travis hit 970 second attempt and missed 1003 on his third. he went 3 for 3 on bench 606,661 and 705. im sure he missed at lest one dead if he only hit 738. that was prolly his opener.

i heard everyone was missing their 3rd attempt in the squat with most shooting for 1k+

good for travis..hes does seem like a genuine good guy that works for what hes accomplished

travis is one of the good guys for sure.

one thing i dont like about wpo rules is that you only get two attempts to make a lift.

if you hit one of the first two then you get a third. you can take a fourth for records only, if you hit your third attempt. it does not count towards the total.
