At what point do you put the wraps on?
I wear them only when going HEAVY on
deadlifts, lunges, dumbbell rows, SLDL's, and
shrugs. What is your opinion on wraps?
I use wraps on my bench, even though i am not going super heavy 240 range, just cuz after benching my wrists always hurt for some reason
nobody else uses them for pullups?..
am i really missing out by not using them? my hands hurt like a motherfucker from deads-but thats it. i seem to have no issues anywhere else.

Always wonder why most of you have crap forearms......try training without wraps for 6month and you will notice the difference.
Might be one exception if doing HEAVY deads,and I mean heavy 5plates+ aside.
are you assclowns talking about WRAPS or STRAPS? Sounds like straps.
I use them for heavy rows, and pulldowns. And i have no issues with forearm strength. I think the biggest thing people do wrong is they don't use them correctly. As for being a pussy and using them as this guy said above. I, along with alot of other big fuckers would wholeheartedly disagree.

I thought we were talking straps? I use them when I train back, they get enough work the other 6 days of the week.
i think everyone is, but the OP put WRAPS in the subject title. I was just making sure, cause one guy talked about using them to bench. Which i do with WRAPS, not STRAPS. lol
