Wrist Curls ???

Hi there,
Hope you are all well.
Lately I have been asking people how much they can wrist curl, and if possible reverse wrist curl, by wrist curls I mean wrist curls on a barbell, sitting on a bench, grasp a barbell, pick it up, sit again, now rest the back's of your forearms on the end of the padded bench and wrists over the bench, and then curl, do not extend your finger keep a tight grip on the barbell, could you possibly remember what you could do for say 10 reps, and i am not on about table top curls as they are much easyer.
Please state your weight to and if you are a bodybuilder, strongman or powerlifter, and please be HONEST.

I do them but I don't do them the way you're talking about. I used to but it puts too much stress on my wrists. I load a barbell and do them behind my back and curl up. I usually just put a 35lb on each side and do it as many as I can, usually about 15 or so.
 
I do them, i notice no difference in longterm growth, my forearms grow better from different exercises, like chins
