About a month ago I hurt my wrist in a really stupid way (wrestling with a girl, haha, I had a watch on too tight, I hit my wrist on something and the watch hurt my wrist somehow)
Ever since it happened, I can't do almost any kind of curl anymore, unless I'm using really light weight. When I try to curl the 50lb DBs, my wrist feels like it's going to pop and snap out of its socket. I thought it would go away if I layed off it for a while, but it's been a month with no progress
I've switched to Hammer Curls instead of DB curls and I can go heavy on those, but obviously this is a temporary solution. Is there anything I can do to speed the healing process? Do wrist wraps work? This injury is nagging and it's pissing me off
