wtf was i thinking!?

ok ok...so the other day it was time for a protein and fat meal. I couldnt find anything bc ive been studying for finals like crazy so ive been eating all my food here and was fresh out of grub. I had one package of salmon left (the nasty shiz in a bag) and some eggs. Ok now the fat...COULDNT FIND ANYTHING...no almonds no nothing. I looked in the cabinet and saw some extra virgin olive oil and got to thinkin. I put some of the packaged salmon on the stove top with 5 egg whites...cooked that up. That was awful by the way and then for the fat i took a shot of EVOO out of a class. Ive tried to cook with it in eggs before and it was terrible so i decided to just take a shot and drink the stuff. Worst meal ive ever had! :( :Puke:
 
yeah i know...but i really didnt eat that much of the salmon since i had the egg whites and the packaged salmon tastes pretty bad man. my apartment still stinks from that crap!

Whatever's clever...I think you're a trooper. IMO, You would of been better off just eating the whole egg for your fat intake,also ,just food for thought...the yolk carrys all the fat and all the vitamins and guess what else..half the protein.I'm not saying start eating whole eggs now however it won't hurt to add a couple extra yolks,i go with 6 whites and 4 wholes..but that's just me. I normally wouldnt care, but im coming to the end of my cutting phase. A lil more tight on what i consume lately.... :( BUT THAT IS ALL ABOUT TO CHANGE....I FREAKIN CANT WAIT TO GAIN!
