Wu-long Tea Vs Green Tea

http://www.wulongforlife.com/ quotes "[wu-long tea] Burns 157% more calories than Green Tea."

A lot of people, myself included, have used Green Tea to burn fat and with sucess. My question is, has anyone tried drinking Wu-long tea for a long duration of time and have you seen any noticeable difference in their bodyfat compared to Green Tea?

Green tea has helped you in fat loss????? How much and how often? Maybe I'll try that when I'm trying to burn fat.

Green Tea helps, but don't expect it to act like clen.

However this wu-long business I know nothing about. Sounds interesting.

Yep. Caffiene and this other chemical in it, I forgot the name, helps burn fat and increase metabolism.

I was drinking 4-6cups/day while running on my off days and I dropped 5lbs in less than 2weeks - most of it was probably water weight, but some might have been bodyfat. I continued this for awhile until a couple of months ago.

ok, question. I went to the link you posted for the Wu-Long tea and then Google'd it, and I came across several sites that say Oolong is the same. It was more confusing because there was ia major price discrepancy. The Wu-Long cost considerably more than the Oolong, leading me to believe that Oolong was an imitator, or some type of knock off. Any experience with the Oolong, or do you knoow if there is a difference?

I didn't know there was a difference at all - thought Oolong and Wu-long were the same thing, just a different spelling? As for the price differences, that might just be b/c of of the different sites & discounts.

Can you post up the other sites where you got info on how much fat/calories oolong/wu-long tea burns?

Green tea never helped me with fat loss for some reason, even when I was drinking 5+ cups a day. Even the extract pills didn't help me at all.

I want to try this Wu-Long tea

Lolll no even after that.

Plus, I havn't had green tea in this past 5-6 weeks and I've dropped almost 30 pounds
I still feel and look fat but I'm continueing to drop weight, probably muscle but I don't care anymore

The health benefits of each type of tea differ. Researchers at Boston University have found that drinking black tea may offer a defence against heart disease by lowering blood cholesterol readings and improving the elasticity of the arteries, which eases blood flow through veins and arteries.

I drink a variety of teas throughout the week, but I usually just stick with green tea.

Good info on the black tea though, David.
