Yes I know these posts pop up all the time, but I want to check what's right for me and If I'm going about this the right way, Any help/comments is mostly appreciated.
I Have been a regular Gym going for 10 years now, I have finally got to a point where I want to try a Steroid to see how my body will react to it and it actually see what all the fuss is about.
I am going for Anavar, Yes I know it is only a mild form, and yes I know its oral and it mucks about with your liver, Test etc if you are not careful. But this is the way I want to start.. Mild.
I have been reading up hard on it, and this is what I have come up with. I have also included my daily supplements as no one ever speaks of what they take while on the Steroid.
Week 1-2
Testosterone Booster (BSN Axis-HT) - To maximise Test before I go onto the Anavar
1 x Pre work out Pump Amino Acid Shake
2 x Protein Shakes per day
1 x Multi Vitamin Tablet
1 x Fish Oil Tablet
Weeks 2-8
Anavar - 75mg per Day (6 week course)
2 x Protein Shakes per day
2 x Multi Vitamin Tablet
2 x Fish Oil Tablet
Weeks 8-12
PCT
Androbolix 4 tablets a day
Esto Suppress 2 tablets a day
1 x Pre work out Pump Amino Acid Shake
2 x Protein Shakes per day
1 x Multi Vitamin Tablet
1 x Fish Oil Tablet
My diet is also very good that is in check. I train 5 times a week.
