Man, its been a long time since I posted on here.
I have run into an odd problem. Unexpected even with proper research.
I am 45, a fair number of past cycles, some gyno issues in the past but nothing major.
Stopped all but 200 Test-e a week ovr a year ago now. I am TRT. Yes, this is a high dose and my bloods are about 20% above the high water mark for test.
But, This is what I do and it keeps me where I want to be muscle wise and otherwise. Nothing crazy.
Now, due to past roid use, I have a pretty bad balding spot on the crown of my head. So, I started rogain and Finastride.
1.25mgs of finastride every day. I want the hair back as much as I can. I look shitty with short hair.
Anyway, now after a month, I have a quarter or larger size lump of gyno on my left side. Shit.
So, whats the best way to combat this short term and long? Well for short, I have some tamox left and that took care of it last time pretty fast.
Thats my plan for removing the existing that has grown. Any issues with this? Finstride and tamox interactions? I cant find any, so seems safe.
Long term is my problem. Im in a place where bloods are only by a doctor, so thats challenging.
I suspect that Finastride has upped my Estrogen correct? Hence the lump. A pretty fast one too. Only a month and I have worse gyno that being plugged full of crap like before.
I would like to keep taking finastride for hair.
So do I need to get my Estrogen down most likely?
Thats going to be a small dose. For arimidex, what would that even look like? How much? Again only 200mg test-e a week.
Or maybe I am out to lunch on all this.
