i have searched around the forms and there's lots on diet here. about 8 years ago i tore all the ligaments in my left are playing hockey (got crushed) basically at 22 gave up the gym and just kinda slowly got fat. just recently split up with the wife after 8 years. so i did what we all do and now am back at the gym trying to get in shape again. my arm is fine according to the doctor but my left shoulder is about 45% weaker then my right. he said it will come back with work. i work at a camp site fly in fly out all meals are provided an they are just crap. processed pre-made sandwiches lots of cake and treats. basically sugar and salt is what they feed us. so its hard up there, i stay away from the bread and treats lunch is normally some cottage cheese and fruit and some tuna cans. and for some filler they have boxes of all bran cereal. dinner is normally not terrible chicken most nights and a few selection on cooked vegetables normally just over cooked. can always make a salad at the bar.

Im 5'10 190 pounds down from 225 pounds just by watching what i eat and exercise. ( shocking lol )
at home i can eat well. brown rice and chicken with veggies. work its harder cant really cook anything there
as far as supplements go i just use a pre-work out and muscle tech anabolic halo protein after the gym
i would like to get back down to my 185 that i was when playing hockey i still have a ways to go still chubby/fat but feel im on the right path.
i haven't really figured out the whole maco thing yet never done that before but i believe im running about 2200 cal a day im not looking for a quick fix more of a total life style change. any advice/criticism welcome.
as far as gym goes i do go 6 times a week. 45 min of cardio a day then select a body park ie chest/arms back/shoulders im not a stranger to the gym used to go all the time just basically gave up when i got hurt.

two pics are provided for you fist pick 225 second pick 190
