Yet another 1-AD, 6-oxo question

Yes I did do a search and read the posts but I didn't get the info I wanted so I'm making another post. I'm a noob to this forum but not to forums in general. :)

Okay my stats first of all
age is over 30 nuff said, 181lbs, BF aboot 14%, training since I was 19 and I'm 5'10".

Now I've never taken anything but creatine and protein before and have done okay. However dual rear end car accidents have set me back hugely these past 8 months and killed my squat lbs. So I'm mostly looking to gain back the strength I've lost but not really gain huge mass and size.

So what type of cycle of 1-AD/6-oxo should a beginner take? How long on/off and how many cycles can be done in a year. And post cycle should I be looking to take anything else with it??

I know I won't get gyno and I don't have thinning hair (thanks mom's side and not dad's) but any effect on the prostate, liver and nads I should know aboot before hand??

And lastly does the brand of 1-AD matter?? Stick with whom if it does??

I'd look into M1T dude, i've been hearing good stuff about it (except from Mudge :p). Lots of people are liking it.
