Yogurt bars with pistachios and strawberries

These awesome yogurt bars with crunchy pistachios and fresh strawberries takes just 10 minutes to make. When you want a snack, you just let it defrost for 5 minutes and dig in.
In this recipe I have used honey as a sweetener, but you can use other types of sweetener without problems.

You need (16 pieces)

2 cups greek yogurt
4 tbls honey
1 cup roughly chopped pistachios
1 1/4 cup roughly chopped strawberries

This is how you do it:

Stir the yogurt and honey together thoroughly. Pour the mix in a square baking dish (24x24cm) or something similar, and even out the mix. Sprinkle with pistachios and strawberries, and cover it with plastic foil just above the yogurt. Let it sit in the freezer until its frozen (preferably over night, but a couple of hours should do). Take the baking dish out of the freezer and let it defrost for 5 minutes before you cut it into pieces. Keep the pieces in a airtight box or bags
