just take caffeine. yohimbe is basically caffeine. ephedrine is good, but is generally for heart rate junkies. start out small, stick to just 100, then 150 then 200 mg caffeine. but eventually you'll become dependent on it, so watch out.

Yohimbe and caffeine are entirely different, and as suarezay said, don't take them together. Suarezay was also right about not needing the aspirin.
The stimulatory effects of ephedrine will diminish with usage, but not the fat burning benefits.
You could also add in cayenne to the mix and get some benefit, plus it's cheap. You just have to take enough (for most brands, it's about 2 caps/meal).
