Hey buddy not very experienced on the forums so you can tell me to shove my advice no hard feelings like, but i firstly wudnt stick to the same routine for 6 months, change it up 6 weekly, keep it interesting and muscles guessing....
Day 1 -
Flat Bench Press/DB 5x5
Deadlifts 5x5
Wide Grip Pull-Ups 5x5
Military Press 5x5
Skullcrusher 5x5
Day 3 -
Incline Bench Press/DB 5x5
Barbell Bent Over Rows 5x5
Squats 5x5
Standing Barbell Curls 5x5
Calf Raises 5x5
This sort out routine worked wonders for me, gained lean mass, eat like a horse though matey! Gud Luk with it all though dude
