You Wanna See Gains (Part IIII)

Whats up guys, I'm back for another round with new goals. My last cycle was in October 2011. I have updated all my logs and should all be seen here within this thread.

My last cycle:
PCT: clomid 150/150/100/100
Nolva 40/40/40/40

(sust 1-20 wks, 700mgs
tren A. 1-19 wks, 75mgs ED
Aromasin 1-20 wks
Prami 1-20 wks
GHRP 1-20 wks
HCG 3-19 wks
clen 12-20 wks )

My current cycle is going to be much simpler and is as follows.

TEST E: 1-20wks, 600-700mgs (split between 3 injects weekly) Will Front load Deca and Test for 1st week.
DECA: 1-18wks, 400-500mgs (split between 3 injects weekly)
Oral Tren: 1-3wks, (fininshing up what I have 3 wks worth low dosage amount).
AI's : As needed (Letro, Nolva, Prami, etc all on hand as needed)

Current Stats:
Weight: 175lbs
Height: 5'8
BF: 7-8%

*As a reminder I ended my last cycle around 190lbs. My goal on my time off has been to maintain as much as possible and slim down to see actual results.

I'm very happy my look right now but want to start to gain some lean muscle and focus on certain parts.

My Goal for this Cycle:
Continue working on Arms (they are coming along with definition but are lacking in actual size). My chest is coming better than expected as well. I will continue to focus on the upper chest. Conclusion this cycle with focus AGAIN on upper chest and Arms (particulary TRI's).

My Diet
I will continue on carb cycle/ Atkins Diet. I have been doing this systle for years now and have grown use to the lifestyle. However, I will be tweaking it since this is a so-called bulking cycle for me;
High carb day (fruits, whole grains, low carb pastas,)
Moderate (Just carbs in vegi's)
No carb day
Proteins will be the change in my diet. I'm not going to count and just going to eat as much protein as possible. My goal will be to get around 350-400 per day (this will be hard and not possible each day...but will try as much as possible with cheat tricks). I will be cutting alcohol out from 2 days a week to just 1 starting on day 5.

GYM: Light Chest: DB inclines 70lb 20x's, 85lbs 15x's, 90lbs 10x's, 100lbs 8x's. Decline Bench Press 145lbs 15x's, 225lbs 10x's, 305lbs 5x's. Seated Chest Cable Presses 6 sets.

Diet: Low to NO carbs

Lookin good brother! (no homo) You might want to look into Igf DES. I took it for about 5 weeks only pinning arms (bi's, tri's, and delts) preworkout and noticed a pretty good difference with the size of my arms. Might help you towards your goals as well. Good luck!

GYM: Shoulders: Seated DB Press 40lbs x20, 60lbs x15, 75lbs x10 85lbs x8, 90lbs x8. DB extensions 30lbs x 10, 35lbs x10, 40lbs x10, DB flys 25lbs x 50. Seated machine shoulder press 90lbs x10, 180lbs x10, 270lbs x10, 320lbs x8, then did 3 more sets going down. Bar Seated military press 60lbs x10, 80lbs x10, 90lbs x10, 100lbs x10, 110lbs x10. A few other misc sets.

Back 6-8 total sets all machine cable.

DIET Medium carbs

GYM: CHEST: Decline Bench 135lbs x10, 225lbs x10, 315lbs x5, 365lbs x5 (spotter). Incline Bench 135lbs x5, 225lbs x5, 275lbs x5 (spotter). DB Incline 70lbs x20, 80lbs x10, 90lbs x10, 100lbs x8. DB Flys 35lbs x10, 45lbs x10, 60lbs x10. Variety of Cables different angles 10 sets. Cardio 15 minutes.

DIET: Low CARBS

Shot in my right quad seems to be hurting a little more than usual. However, I'm thinking its the 2ml's thats doing it. Usually, I do not shoot that much at 1 time and split the shots between ED, EOD. With this cycle I'm trying to shoot more but less freq. Shouldnt become to much of a problem I wouldnt think.

Weight Its up about 5-6 lbs already. I'm starting to bloat due to the Oral Tren. I need to drink a little more water. Possibly might start an ED Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if continues or if nipples get any more sensitive.

IT SEEMS THAT IM HAVING SOME SORT OF SIDE EFFECT RIGHT NOW REGARDING TEETH SENSITIVITY. NOTHING TO MAJOR RIGHT NOW BUT ITS DEFINITLY THEIR AND FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. ILL DO SOME RESEARCH AND SEE WHAT I CAN LEARN

*My right leg from my quad shot is starting to concern me. The swolleness has traveled from the inject sight down my leg towards my knee cap. I'm going to do some research to see what is going on.

GYM: Heavy Shoulders: 25 sets (DB shoulder press 60lbsx20, 75lbsx15, 85lbsx10, 90lbsx10, Military presses w/bar, Front bar shoulder press, cables, machine shoulder press 145lbsx10, 225lbsx10 275lbsx10, 315lbsx10, various other angles with light db weight.

Diet: Medium Carbs

*OT is kicking in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love when you can feel the drugs kicking in for the first time (weights feel lighter 45lb plates feel like 25lbs plates).

**Leg is feeling 100% better. Swelling is down to a minimum and able to put full weight and movement on it. Must have just pinned to much and to close to the knee. However, I will weight to pin in that right quad for a while (I have 7 other spots that I feel comfortable pinning).

***No nipple sensitivity so at this point NOT running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). If ANY symptoms come about I will start small dose of letro and increase as needed.

Chest- Decline Bench 135lbs x10, 225lbsx10, 315lbsx5, 365lbsx5. Incline bench 135lbs x10, 185lbs x10, 225lbs x5, 265lbsx5. Bench Press 135lbsx10, 225lbsx10, 315lbsx3. DB incline 85lbsx10, 90lbsx10, 100lbsx10. Seated machine bench press 225lbsx10, 315lbsx10, 365lbsx10. Various Cables 15 other sets.

Arms: just enough to get some good pumps. About 10-15 sets.

Cardio: 10 minutes of light jog.

*I'm feeling great at the gym right now. Strength is up! Stamina is through the roof. I wanted to post some updated pics of some Chest Separation and full back.

**Weight is around 184lbs (again, not trying to gain much weight during this cycle but packing up some water H2O right now).

GYM: Legs (went low volume today to get back into things): Squats 225lbs x10, 315lbsx5, 365lbsx5, 405lbsx8, 425lbsx6. Leg Press 180lbsx10, 270lbsx10, 450lbsx10, 630lbsx10---then down. Leg Extensions 15 sets of 25. Calf press 4 sets. 5 sets ABS. Calf Extension 4 sets. Cardio 15 minutes.
 
Yebro, I very rarely focus on negatives (I do not have a workout partner) and I DO NOT go to failure on every set (some sets during the week but not all).

Honestly, there are a few different variables that decides how my workouts are going to be; Motivation, how rested I am, and my goals for that specific workout. I really try to focus on "the pump"

just a couple q's on your training.

do you focus on negatives?

do you go to failure on every set?
