Whats up guys, I'm back for another round with new goals. My last cycle was in October 2011. I have updated all my logs and should all be seen here within this thread.
My last cycle:
PCT: clomid 150/150/100/100
Nolva 40/40/40/40
(sust 1-20 wks, 700mgs
tren A. 1-19 wks, 75mgs ED
Aromasin 1-20 wks
Prami 1-20 wks
GHRP 1-20 wks
HCG 3-19 wks
clen 12-20 wks )
My current cycle is going to be much simpler and is as follows.
TEST E: 1-20wks, 600-700mgs (split between 3 injects weekly) Will Front load Deca and Test for 1st week.
DECA: 1-18wks, 400-500mgs (split between 3 injects weekly)
Oral Tren: 1-3wks, (fininshing up what I have 3 wks worth low dosage amount).
AI's : As needed (Letro, Nolva, Prami, etc all on hand as needed)
Current Stats:
Weight: 175lbs
Height: 5'8
BF: 7-8%
*As a reminder I ended my last cycle around 190lbs. My goal on my time off has been to maintain as much as possible and slim down to see actual results.
I'm very happy my look right now but want to start to gain some lean muscle and focus on certain parts.
My Goal for this Cycle:
Continue working on Arms (they are coming along with definition but are lacking in actual size). My chest is coming better than expected as well. I will continue to focus on the upper chest. Conclusion this cycle with focus AGAIN on upper chest and Arms (particulary TRI's).
My Diet
I will continue on carb cycle/ Atkins Diet. I have been doing this systle for years now and have grown use to the lifestyle. However, I will be tweaking it since this is a so-called bulking cycle for me;
High carb day (fruits, whole grains, low carb pastas,)
Moderate (Just carbs in vegi's)
No carb day
Proteins will be the change in my diet. I'm not going to count and just going to eat as much protein as possible. My goal will be to get around 350-400 per day (this will be hard and not possible each day...but will try as much as possible with cheat tricks). I will be cutting alcohol out from 2 days a week to just 1 starting on day 5.
