Hello everyone,
This is my first post here after scouring the forums for the last 6 months. A little background story about myself. I***8217;m 23 and I***8217;ve been weightlifting since the age of 15. During my teenage years I used to sneak into fitness facilities pretending to be 17 years old just so that I can better myself physically and mentally LOL. I***8217;ve learned so much from personal trainers and powerlifters and since then it***8217;s been a big part of my life and a passion that I***8217;ll take to the grave.
With that being said, I***8217;m now coming up into the 9th week of my Test E cycle and I***8217;ve been questioning myself on whether or not I have a solid PCT. Just so all of you know, I***8217;ve been guided through this process by a friend of mine who***8217;s been on gear longer than I***8217;ve known him but I feel like some of the information he***8217;s providing me isn***8217;t accurate enough. I***8217;m seeking some good advice from all of you I***8217;m looking forward to what ya***8217;ll have to say,
Here***8217;s my stats
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Height: 5***8217;6***8221;
Current Weight: 184.5 from 168 lbs.
TRT patient: No
Calories: 3200-3600 ish
Weightlifting: 6 days per week/1 rest day and sometime 5 days per wk/2 rest days
Goals: Working towards competing in male physique category
Cycle:
Test Enanthate @ 600mg per wk: Sun/Wed, Weeks 1-12
Exemestane @ 12.5mg ED, Weeks 1-14
HCG @ 1000 IU***8217;s per wk: Mon/Thur Weeks 8-14 (Here***8217;s where I messed up. Should***8217;ve been 10-14. I realized that my friend told me the wrong week to start HCG***8230;.Hopefully this is okay)
PCT: I***8217;ll come off Exemestane and HCG and here***8217;s what my friend suggested
Nolva:
wk 15: 120mg ED
wk 16: 100 mg ED
wk 17/18: 60mg ED
Is it necessary to start Clomid along with Nolva? I keep hearing mixed answers.
