your metabolic setpoint after cycles

I juice once a year and done 3 cycles and usually 6 months after the cycle im 10lbs higher from the original weight i started 3 years ago. Which was 180lbs now i fluctuate 190-195lbs. Yeah i've gained heavy during my cycles and im a natural ectomorph with a super insane metabolism but with a huge appetite, i eat no less than 5 meals a day not including MRP's. If i do another cycle of test and dbol sure ill grow again but keeping them say 8-10 months later is a diff story and yeah i know water comes off but i believe so does the muscle even as soon as 3 months considering pst included HCG,clomid and l-dex. Im just wondering if my metabolic setpoint is stuck at 190, ive been training for 8 years starting at 130lbs and im 25yrs old.

Which brings me to my 2nd question

If i do anavar or primo or both, would i KEEP those gains even say 6-9 months from now? When ppl say with var and primo you'll keep what you gain am i misguided? Cant you keep what you gain with a test alone cycle considering the water coming off?
 
I have never lost any muscle or strength from my 2 cycles... I keep eating and training the same and am always growing weather on cycle or natural. I tend to grow more during cycles though of course:D .

Do you stop eating and training the same when off cycle? If so, thats why you keep shrinking post cycle. I have gained a combined weight of 36lbs on my 2 cycles. I have been natural for a year and im gaining weight and strength very quickly and steadily by constantly eating sleeping and training. Maybe my genetics are just really good, who knows, but the bottom line is, eat sleep and train the same weather on or off cycle, thats all I do.
 
If you need steroids post cycle to keep your gains, you shouldnt be using steroids IMO because that is not right. Steroids are just suppliments that you use here and there. Its not a very good supplement if you lose everything after using it.
 
i know its easy to type that "yeah ive always been consistent during the last 3 years and i eat all the time and train all the time and i dont know why ive been losing my gains" but ill be very honest. I do have a demanding life and everything isnt as rosy as i want them to be BUT like i said in my previous post i get NO LESS than 5 meals a day my body demands it and if i dont my stomach hurts and i get cranky. As for training, its a snap 3 times a week incorporating mostly compounds, im not worried about my training. My metabolism is truly insane being asian and all, i've been eating rice everyday for like 20 years and yes i wish i can get fat so atleast id be a bit thicker but to no avail. I know stress plays a detrimental role relating to gains because of cortisol levels but this much? Do most of you guys keep your gains 8-10 months from when you started?
 
man i type slow, i didnt see your two responses golden muscle. No i dont depend on steroids at all, nor would i want to. Jucing once a year is dandy with me. i think you've misunderstood though. When i was talking about primo and anavar i was meaning to use those two excusively for a cycle not for post cycle

Oh, I though you wanted to use them post cycle, sorry.:D You obviously need more than 5 meals a day If your losing gains (im glad im not you :D ) Also, make sure 3 days a week in the gym is enough and you training as hard as you did on your cycle. You shouldnt lose gains. Once you grow muscle, it yours, as long as you give it what it needs 24/7/365 no joke.
