hell i been on here for about a month, just signed up a few days ago, and if you're doing the research you're supposed to be doing AINT NO DAMN WAY you can post 45 times in 2 days.....just sayin

well i'm just trying to be a sponge with my ENORMOUS post count of 3, i'm trying to learn as much as i can before i start my journey. I still got a little belly fat to lose before i jump in feet first. Any suggestions on that from anyone???
 
we know spot loss is not possible, but i can give you a protocol that willl work if you follow

google Sprint 8, its an High intensity interval training program you do on the elliptical, but it can be adapted to any environment or piece of equipment, do this for 10 weeks and you will melt body fat guaranteed

you need one more piece of info, after you do the cardio, DO NOT EAT , try to go 2 hours without eating, when you engage in HIIT your body produces HGH, this will target and consume your body fat as long as you do not eat a carb or sugar for that period

been doing HIIT for quite a while. i would rather just get a little more definition all around before i start. don't wanna be watered down by test or whichever other subs i decide to use. i heard decadura is a good one to use for cutting....doing that first isn't suicide is it? then on my 2nd go round do just test e???
 
I started with belly fat and I'm happy with results so far. Who said you have to have 10% body fat to enjoy a cycle.
 
while you can cut on any compound Deca Durabolin is not typically know for assisting in that, many experience water retention and while I can cut on it that not necessarily the rule of thumb.

if you're not experienced with a base AAS just use test alone


That's exactly what i'm gonna stick to. That was my first thought process, and i guess think long, think wrong applies to this here. So 12 wk test for me. Thanks for the info. Any more is always welcomed.
