z test e, tren e, dbol cycle

alright bout to start my second cycle. I will be posting before after and during pics once I figure out how with my smart phone (any help would be appreciatted.) so here are my stats, first pin will be tonight can't wait:-)

age: 26
height: 6'
weight: 190

bench: 275
deads: 375
sqauts: 315

will be running uncle z test e 500 mg/wk, tren e 400 mg/wm, 50mg dbol ed wks 1-4.

I will post on the log 2-3 times a week. don't want to post every little thing like what I had eat all day or my exact workout every single lift. but I will post majority of my workout and anything else people want to know.

be back tommorow after my first hard workout running!!!
 
Awesome man starting the same exact cycle from z on Monday I can't wait! It's crazy it's my second cycle too and I also weigh 190 haha! Let me know how it goes for you man!
 
well first pin went great. can't really update on gains as it hasn't been long enough to experience any. I can say though that zs test e sure seems to be alot easier to inject as it is not as thick as the british dragon knock off I used from a local last cycle. this was comforting because the worst part of pinning for me is the feeling of the liquid entering my body. not sure why his is thinner but as long as it delivers the same results its a huge plus.

as far as my workouts I hit chest sat aand finally experienced a little drop off in strength from my last cycle. put up 245 on the bench five times and could of done more but my shoulders were acting up a little bit. did bis and tris also and had good strength acrossed the board, just can't wait to get that dvol pump back.

got a cardio session in today ran about a mile felt great but dmn this heat wave can kill a man. I have legs on tap for tommorow along with another pin so ill post back asap.
 
had a good leg workout got up to 295 on the sqauts so I think im starting to feel the dbol slightly. definetly getting some of the pump. threw in some abs at the end for some cardio and overall had a pretty decent workout. I have started to increase sets and am back on 5x5's and have noticed increases in reps without the heavy crash after workouts. I will probaly slowly start to increase th intesity of my workouts till I am at least where I was last cycle.

I am hoping to gain some mass and will try to lean out twoards the end of my cycle. diet has been overall pretty good with a few exceptions, I had a banquet and cake tasting I had to do so that wasn't good. but other than that only a few snacks here and there. have my third pin tommorow and am looking forward to it.
 
been a while since I posted cause work has been kind of hectic. I have been able to maintain my diet and heavy lifting, although I haven't got the cardio I have desired next week should be better.

my last couple workouts have been chest and arms, and back and shoulders. back and shoulders have been good with a little weakness on the military press. got to 375 on my final sets of dead lifts and felt pretty good. chest I had a few problems with feeling the joint weakness so I switched from flat bench to decline and got 270, 255 was the highest I got with the flat bench.

overall I have started to notice some leaness. I hope to see alot more in the coming weeks.
 
Been a little while since I posted but here are my updates.

I have definetly been getting stronger last night I worked legs and im already back to sqauting 315. also did some lunges with 45 lb dumbells in each hand, and threw in calf raises with the bar and weight I was sqautting after each set. I did abs for cardio while I was working legs and did slant board situps with a 45 lb plate.

overall I am definetly growing and getting a lil bloat from the dbol. I have started taking liquidex due to tingly nipples. I think the test is starting to kick in a little cause my energy levels are rising. I have been pretty steady on th diet with about one day a week I eat whateveri want. so far I am pleased with the results so far and look forward to the next few wks.

I have had several workouts since my last post but overall weight on all lifts is progressing nicely I have switched my diet over to a leaner bulk as I approach dropping dbol. stamina has increased greatly and my libido is off the charts, the old lady lives it.

speaking of the old lady she started her anavar cycle a couple of days ago. I covinced her to just eat and lift heavy, cause I like a curvy woman and she's quite small. amazingly she hasn't lost much strength since her last cycle. she easily sqauted 135 5 times for her last set, I believe she ended last cycle sqauting 155 or 165.

hope to post some pics soon haven't had time to really check how to do it with photo bucket from a smartphone. but I don't have to coach football all weekend so I should have some time.

Looks like your getting good reults. Looking forward to seeing some pics.
 
Where r u at weight-wise now? Also what is your new deadlift, bench, and squat 1 rep maxes? I have uncle z test e, tren e, and Winstrol (winny) in the mail now. Im 25 5'11 200 lbs. Bench 350, deadlift 455, squat 445 and am trying to get an idea on how much I can expect to improve since I'm running a similar cycle to yours except no dbol and Winstrol (winny) for the last 4 weeks. Thanks
