    Injecting Vitamin B12

    When bulking you should be consuming enough/adequate B12 in your normal diet for your training requirements. That is why I only inject it while dieting to ensure adequate B12 absorption for training requirements. Hope that makes sense. Sorry if my original post was confusing.
