    don't worry about it just make sure your diet is right to take all the exercise - if there's any time I suppose u might wanna avoid cardio the day u do weights for your legs

    1. Not trying to lose weight mate, lower bf and maintain weight and strength 2. U can definately have a few drinks on the weekend and lose weight, don't have to live life like a robot to get results, I can tell u that first hand.
