I usually have pretty bad bicep tendonitis, but lately ive been getting small bumps on my forearms that hurt. When my tendonitis inflames, my entire forearm hurts now too. Any ideas what these bumps may be?

I called the PO this morning. They said the pack was not there. They took down my name number and the tracking number of the pack. They said its possible the mailman has it and is going to deliver. The mail has not yet come today. Im still pretty nervous
