so do amphetamines cause muscle loss directly, i know about the appetite suppressant thing and i have no problem eating wile on it. but if just taking it is making me smaller im gona have to find something else.
i think that no matter your routine you might want to get the right rest before hitting that muscle again. if your sore thats great it means your muscles will be growing if your eating right. but if you attempt to tear the muscle fibers (workout) before they are fully healed than your doing more...
Im working out every other day and attempting to do cardio on the days im not lifting. being that im trying to gain some size i want to conserve all the calories i can by not burning them when i can avoid it. i feel if i do cardio im going to loose any size i do have. i know i'm wrong with this...
