Get as much natural gains as possible. why gamble the rest of your natural hormone levels/endocrine system, for a few silly pounds of muscle? (granted you'd probably blow the f*** up in size and strength with any test+ cycle)

Buddy of mine had a stroke at age of 22. Multiple cycles. Improper cycle periods and supports. No PCT. lots of stims including cocaine. He has no function on whole half of body. AAS and stims were direct cause. Very sad. Wouldn't rec anyone who dodged that bullet once before to gamble it all...
Eating actual food satisfies you a lot more. I'd get very irritated with blended meals all the time. Gotta enjoy even just a little bit during a diet. Shakes for me are for convient meals and to help me achieve specific macro goals. Depending on cut, bulk recomp etc etc
