I used to run it on my 2 off days to prevent insulin resistance and it does the trick. Be careful as it can wreak havoc on your stomach man. I was almost literally running to the bathroom at times. I would never use it on the days I was using slin, ever.
I think 6 weeks at 5 on 2 off is good. I personally never did longer than 8 weeks. I also eventually stopped because for me and my body type personally I found in order to not gain excess body fat I had to cut the carbs way to close for comfort. This stuff has never paid my bills or anything...
No you really need to read the stickies and understand what you ar putting into you body and why. You dont need to blindly just do what some guy on an internet forum tells you too. Take 15 minutes and learn this stuff man, its your body!!
