ice helps alot. go lighter for a while (weight). Tendonitisis can take months to heal. Usually happens when you are in the later stages of a pretty big cycle when you are getting alot stronger. I would ice the body part down for a few weeks, this keeps the inflamation down.

I am a big fan of EQ! (especially FD) I grew very well off of 500mgs of EQ from FD, and a little test!

as I stated above t400 worked excellent I am a big fan! I feel cyp is more potent! And my sex drive was through the roof, not to mention strength and felt wonderful

always get 1.2 as well out of ICN! I love it, puts a grin on my face every time

I am a big fan of T400 cut it with FD eq and it was the best cycle to date! Did not notice alot of bloat and kept relatively lean. Strength and Sex drive astonishing! I love it! Taking 3 icns a week right now, and I might switch back to T400 seems to work better!

I have not kept these in the frig or freezer just in a dark place!
