I've been taking ECA 30 from diam$$$ labs and it's written : do not exceed 2 cas/Day. The dosage is 30mg ephedrin. Twice a day is 60 mg. I read that some even take 120mg/day. Can I take a third pill in the afternoon? I don't experience bad sides at all. Never has.
