Dosage eca

I've been taking ECA 30 from diam$$$ labs and it's written : do not exceed 2 cas/Day.
The dosage is 30mg ephedrin. Twice a day is 60 mg. I read that some even take 120mg/day.
Can I take a third pill in the afternoon?
I don't experience bad sides at all. Never has.

I use the 8mg ones. 75mgE/600mgC per day. no aspirin for me. 2wk on/off.

Doubt 1 more dose will kill you. That would make it what, 90 a day?

Verify your contents.. Usually pills that claim they are ECA are usually NOT eca as it is illegal to sell ECA combined.

You usually have to buy it broken down and put it together!
