For me 200 mg split into 2 injections per week. Aromatase inhibitor (AI) only when i feel the need. I did a few weeks of 300 mg and a few of 400 mg. of course 400 mg felt the best but I dont have a year round supply of that dose. I will likely be talking to the doc about getting clomid added in.

Yes, i have seen clomid completely restore natural T in as little as 12.5 mg per day. Some end up on 25mg per day.

500 iu split into 2 doses is the usual testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose. At doses over 300 iu Estrogen can climb.

Dose T 2 times per week Split Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) into 2- 250iu doses one each on the day before your next T shot This might eliminate the need for half of your adex.

You can try clomid first to see if it will jumpstart the boys. If not then its most likely TRT

I used a 25g 1 inch for the quads. Outer thighs are the best. I went a bit lower towards the knee though. Still, looks good maybe move towards the outer thigh a bit but over all not bad. Expect a little pain a day or so after virgin shots in the thigh.

Even if your balls are small they will get rock hard. When Im on T only mine dont shrink but they get mushy. Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) hardens them up. Also your semen volume can increase. Those are the main things that I look for but you may be different.
