    You will probably have to hit a daily dose of 2.5mg to see any results, and yes the sides are gonna be harsh because your killing all of your estro, but theyre really isnt any half way about it. And also get some prami with that, or you will just be wasting your time.

    Not even at 1mg a day, dex suppression profile is pretty weak, it works on some people but there are way better choices. I would go with a ligth dose of AIFM, could do wonders for your healt, now that your bodyfat% is up.

    yes use a belt and dont pull your stomach in but learn to push it out against the belt. This way you get support on the spine both sides. And see yourself having that much stronger posterior.
