i agree with babyface you cant be picky. you want to get cut then forget about flavor. clean foods is where it's at. i fucking hate tuna but i choke that shit down with a tall glass of water. dont eat too many fruits either high in sugar.

in my mind if the protein powder clumps up its garbage. look into whey isolates. more expensive but much better. stays in your system better not as much waste if you know what i mean.
this is another one of my favorites for when i am really craving a pizza
1 large whole wheat wrap or tomato basil wrap
1/2 cup of pizza sauce
1/2 cup of kraft fat free shredded chedder cheese
1/2 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
you can also load on some veggies and turkey pepperoni's...
right on dawg!! gotta love the fish. i dont think overtraining on occasion is such a bad thing. shocking the system from time to time can help. just dont go overboard.
for me i think training heavy is the way to go. 5x5 routine works well for me. if your diet is right on track you can bulk up a little but its not easy to bulk up while on a cutting diet. but as you lose fat around the muscles you will naturally look bigger.

why dont you post your diet on here. maybe you can get some feedback on what might be lacking. i have yet to see anyone not lose fat with a proper diet. i know alot of times for me the slightest changes can make a world of difference. alot of people know their shit on here and can give some...
