    i agree with babyface you cant be picky. you want to get cut then forget about flavor. clean foods is where it's at. i fucking hate tuna but i choke that shit down with a tall glass of water. dont eat too many fruits either high in sugar. good luck

    in my mind if the protein powder clumps up its garbage. look into whey isolates. more expensive but much better. stays in your system better not as much waste if you know what i mean.

    right on dawg!! gotta love the fish. i dont think overtraining on occasion is such a bad thing. shocking the system from time to time can help. just dont go overboard.

    for me i think training heavy is the way to go. 5x5 routine works well for me. if your diet is right on track you can bulk up a little but its not easy to bulk up while on a cutting diet. but as you lose fat around the muscles you will naturally look bigger. as for you training split...
