    TRT HCG Anastrozole Dosing Intervals

It dose not matter when you take the three different meds. The key is you are trying to have the right balance and get dialed in. Every 3.5 days for your test injection is a good idea. Personally I take my HCG the day before my test injection , so I do not forget doses etc. I take my Anastrozole...

High e2 on TRT need help with symptoms

What are your updated lab results? Labs will not lie and will point you in the direction. At a lower dose which you were on, you do not need that much AI. Take the AI and get yourself in a normal range and you will feel better.

Low Free Test and Normal Total Test, where to go from here?

Free Testosterone does mean something. However, there are a number of reasons you could have a low free test and decent total testosterone. TRT should be your last option at this point IMO. 697 total test is decent. Age, Weight, body composition? I do NOT see that info above. Work out...

Low Free Test and Normal Total Test, where to go from here?

What are your other labs, or did you only check free and total test? SHBG, LH, FSH, Cortisol , CMP, CBC, Lipid Panel, Homocysteine , IGF-1, PSA, DHEA, TSH, T3,T4, Estradiol. ??? All these numbers mean something. If you have not done this bloodwork, I suggest you do it. It will be easier to...

Need Advice from experienced TRT guys

Great advice above. It takes time to get dialed in. Get your blood work done and stay on top of your hematocrit and your E2. Adjust your dose accordingly and definitely inject every 3.5 days.

    Help with Stradiol high Level

I do you not understand your ranges or your numbers. If your estradiol is correct you are high, and it looks like you need to get on a better Anti-Estrogen , such as Anastrozole or Arimadex.

What labs do you guys request when you get them done?

You are also missing LH and FSH. These are important before you go on TRT and if you are trying to come off and do a restart. PSA, Cortisol, SHBG, Homocysteine, IGF-1 are all good tests as well.

What test-e dose to get around normal range?

No one can tell you how much you can take to put you in a normal range. The only way you will know is by getting comprehensive blood work done and following the numbers. Go get your labs done and then you will know, and NOT be guessing.

CT scan test revealed calcification enlarged prostate doc says get off HRT.

Do NOT stop your TRT. IMT is spot on with that study. There are many other studies which will support having low T is a bigger problem than being on testosterone replacement therapy. Having your labs done regularly and monitoring your E2, to keep you balanced and hopefully on the right track...

Doc says I need to lower my dose... Here are my test results.

Why are you taking liothyronine? Does your doctor prescribe that? It is a thyroid medicine and I would not take it unless you need it. To answer your question comprehensive bloodwork is the only way you will know what your Test level is and your E2 level. Comprehensive bloodwork will also...

High blood pressure and fast heart rate

The low dose you are taking should not be affecting your heart in the way you are describing. You need to get complete bloodwork done and see where everything else is at. I doubt the testosterone is causing this. You might have some other issue with the thyroid, estrogen, or other things.
