    Not very often now..but I used to do them after my cardio workout or after my ab workout..3 times a week.. You know if you are doing them correctly if your abs are sore..

    I use variation...I do use a wide overhand grip as well as a close overhand grip..When I do want to emphasize my bis I would use an underhand grip. I do 4 sets...2 wide grip..2 close grip... Adding weight is the way to go...is one of my best exercise for back..it is my forte!

    they are one of my fav as one of the best and complexe exercise for one's back. I usually do them with a weight attached or if I am at home in my garage with a backpack filled with a 50 lb weight... gotta love them!

    Like I said, fat is mobilized in favour of glycogen , so as long as you wait until insulin has been cleared out of your system (1-4 hours, depending on meal), cardio should burn as much fat as in the morning. Makes sense?

    I will try to shock my body with new routines avery 4-8 weeks...Just let the body keep guessing...By using the same routine not only the routine will become dull and boring but counterproductive for you body as your body adjust to much with the same ol routine. Like in life changing is good...

    I don't believe that doing cardio in the morning burns more fat. In fact, I think the time of day you perform cardio has little significance on fat burning. I think that intensity and consistency are far more important. To burn fat you need to expend more energy (calories) than you are...

    In regard to"burn the most fat in the morning" all I can say that it was not proven by any scientific researches that this theory hold water. You can lose as much fat in the evening too....As far as cardio I usually do my run on my non- lifting days, 3 times a week..
