    If you can eat all of that and not take naps then you are a tank. after i eat a bulking meal like one pound of beef and then two plates of spagetti i want to take a nap. if you eat that you will go beyond your reach of 230. good luck and happy eating

    If you are watching your calories go to Wal-Mart and get the extra lean meat ( 96-4). It is awsome. all the meat without the fat. it is expensive, about $3 a pound.

    I agree with trev. I have shot into the glute and the next week I can't even sit on it. But then again, no problems with the other. I guess there is a sweet spot like on the thigh.

    try the doggcrap training method. use the search to find it. i feel larger and stronger than ever. bench up 40 lbs in four weeks. the principle is bust your ass.

    look up doggcrap training in the search. I am doing it and loving it. strength has gone through the roof. I started out at 195 and now a leaner 205. Plus i am taking 1 g of eq a week. I have been doing this work out for about four weeks. bench up 40lbs for reps is an example.

    I like to do wide squats with my feet pointing out ward.

    I like my palms out with a wide grip. This makes it easier for me to visualize my hands as hooks and not as a muscle group. It makes it easier to concentrate on back muscles instead of blocking out the biceps.

    Injecting the muscle you are working that day?

    I would do before workout. If you do it right after a workout you might experience more bleeding then normal from the injection site.
