Just take the entire weeks worth (500mg) in one shot before you leave. I've done similar things when I had to take trips.

Can you mix oils? Doing homebrew and ran out of Saflower oil and I only need a little bit more. I really don't want to do another internet order just for that and pay all the shipping and then waiting, etc. Can I just go to the grocery store and buy a different oil and is it ok to mix them?

Usually when people say "I have 18" arms" or "I have 20" arms"...they're usually measuring flexed at the peak. Me personally to track my arm growth, I measure cold/relaxed straight down by my side b/c that will show if they're growing.
