    I don't believe in 'hard gainers'. It sounds like an excuse to me, you just need to get your diet and training in check and get under some heavy ass weight. I was NOT on cycle, I did a full 12 week program with him. You need to change you're routine up occasionally so you can continue to grow.

    i have tried DC training, and used it to great success (borat :D) it is NOT for the faint of heart, I trained with Dante himself... But the gains are well worth it.
