    hey guys i'm tying to lose weight and i like to eat the maple and brown sugar oatmeal in the mornings and i know that everyone says to man up and eat the regular oatmeal but is the brown sugar oatmeal really that bad for someone that is trying to lose weight?

    yeah man thats what i thought. just cutting out the fast food, soda and candy and doing my daily cardio should get me going. i really dont wanna gain a lot of muscle my goal is just to get a flat stomach and rid of the love handles. my goal weight is 165-170.

    i'm 5'11 190lbs, i train 3-5 days a week and i try to eat as clean as i can but it gets hard. i get really hungry sometimes and just want to eat everything in sight its annoying thats why i'm ready to start doing it right
