1-AD, Whey, and what else?

Hey guys, I just got back to where I could work out again (I had a wreck about 2 years ago) and was wondering what the latest thing to do to gain muscle is.

What I want: Cut muscle and strength
When I want it: NOW

I lifted weights about 4 days last week before I got burned out, which sucks.. I have become a weakling, I could only bench 75 lbs.. damn

Right now I'm taking 1-AD and drinking whey protien, what else do I need in order to not get burned so bad and achieve my goals?

You gotta start somewhere. If your skinny and weak now, the "latest" thing is....what your doing. Lift hard, not crazy, sleep well,not lazy, eat good food, rest, do it again and again. Thats the "latest thing" for the past 100 years. Don't give up.
 
Those are my 2 biggest problems, I don't each or sleep much. What about creatine or something? Isn't it supposed to help muscles do stuff?

I feel great the days I'm working out, but the next 3 days i feel like crap.
 
Did you clear your health with your doctor yet and see if your capable of handleing the stress of this yet?
