ACTUALLY... that theory is correct, however, it has been shown through research (i have articles etc somewhere) that you can take your shot of gh right at bedtime and the exogenous gh does not become active for about 3 hours... when you fall asleep and hit rem, you get your natural release... so basically if you take a shot, go to sleep then you actually get both your endogenous and exogenous gh active in your system...
Kinda a neat way to get a little extra umph lol...
i personally know that shots at night lend to better recooperation, increased healing, sleep etc... fat loss is about par either way... if you want better muscle gains, i would recommend splitting the shots... bedtime and midafternoon when production is at its lowest so that there is a steady constant level of gh in your body rather than peaks and lows... but that would be a minimum of 2ius for a split..
If only 1iu is implemented, then i would suggest for the first month of adjusting to take the shots at bedtime... easier on the body at least in my opinion while we are adjusting...
then the 2nd month, midday (prior to a workout). so basically getting the mid-day low with exogenous and then your endogenous at bedtime as usual...
keep in mind though that depending on age, gh endogenous production decreases... IMO, thorough hormone testing is recommended prior to starting a cycle.. but that is my $.02
LUV YA FANTOM!!!
