weight- 140lbs

3rd week of sus 250-
weight- 154 lbs
will post more after completion of cycle nd then the end of pct

nw i am trying 2 gain as much as i cn ..... changed my diet 2da felt gud about it...
 
8 am- 8 eggs ( 6 white and 2 whole ) , 2 pieces brown bread, muesli nd 1 scoop whey
10.30- glutamine, whey 1 scoop nd fruits
1.00- 8oz chicken breast nd rice
4.30- beef nd 2 pieces brwn bread with fatfree cheese ( 1 -1.5 hrs b4 wrkout)
post workout - mass gainer nd whey with creatine ( ethyl ester)
8.00- fish with veggies
b4 sleep- whey, glutamine nd oats ( 30gms )
 
Ya, get with Drako over in the diet section about spicing up that food/choices. He cooks like a gourmet chef and will even post pic's for you :)
 
fuck eating healthy man, i'd say eat eat eat all day long all protien, stick with the workout....you'll get a belly, but that can get taken off after. bulk for two years, cut for a few months...you'll be brolach
