Nice work, bro. You have some good thickness and a nice taper. I'd do a slow cut, keep the diet really clean and eat often. you dont want to loose any muscle, just the fat. Cardio will be your friend on this one. Keep the calories up, but add in 2 sessions of 20 mins cardio - morning and night - I bet in 1 month you'll loose noticeable fat and not go below 210!

thanks brother! ya keepin it slow and steady is the plan, macros are at 350 100 70ish aas of now 2500-2600 on a lifting day. Weights 5 days a week hiit cardio 2x a week on off days. I do one refeed meal where I have 200-3oograms of carbs sometimes split into 2 meals with minimal fat in those meals. Havent lost much strength either hope it stays that way!

Thanks for the comments...I have not used any real gear yet, I have run Espistane and Mdrol though one cycle each about a year ago. Will be starting to cycle within a year or so Iam thinking. will post new pic tomorrow!
 
sounds good brother but i still think you should look into albuteral. everything clen has withouth the neg sides...imo.....good luck and stay bieber strong

Have you personally used albuterol, Ive looked into it a bit. Iam hesitant though im trying to keep bp on the low end.
 
Nice work obn the diet, buddy - try to do the refeed the day before you do legs. Also dont shortchange yourself on the post workout shake. you'll do weel

Rocko - I too am interested in your albuterol protocol. I tried some as an inhaler - it was great, but that was with a script, now I have only the liquid research chem.
 
thats what happens when i read to many post to fast.......i thought you were wanting to use clen for some reason...i went back and re read your post and realized you weren't. i apologize. you don't need albuteral or clen. proper training and diet and you will make great changes.
 
Ya man I will in the future but keepin things simple for now bein in college and on budget. Ive talked to layne norton a bit and he recommends mid workout shake with some dextrose and a lil bit of protein...do you think this is necessary...i like the idea but i do a session of steady state cardio after weights and dont want to inhibit fat burning at that time. Right now i do 20 carb in morning 20 before workout and around 40-60 in my post workout meal...lemme know what you think about that all brownrice..or oatmeal...decided to wait on the pic until the morning after my refeed day so saturday morning you all will get a pic..also decided to go a full 2 weeks without a reffed to make sure i get depleted enough
 
havent been on in a while decided to bulk p a lil more sittin at about 250 in the morning right now started the cut this week will will post pics soon.
 
nice to see u post again bro. Whats your waist like at 250? TBH you look pretty good in the other pics, not like you have a lot of bf. I' m about the same now but have gained at least 2" at the waist with the last 30 pounds. I fukkin hate having "lovehandles"

its been forever but im back. sittting at 229 right now again but with more size then last time. here is a recent pic. I will pose some posing pics soon for comparison.
