Sexy as hell
Ok guys here my routine. I throw in Abs and cardio whenever I can.

Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back
Wensday- Shoulders
Thursday- Legs
Friday - Arms
Sat and Sunday - Rest(Maybe cardio)

On chest Day heres what i do..

Flat BB - 1set x 10reps, 3sets x 5reps, 1set x 10reps
Incline DB - 1set x 10reps, 2sets x 8reps, 1set x 10reps
Decline - 3sets x 8reps
Flys - 2 sets for every direction (30second rest at most)

My question is does this look like a decent chest routine? Also should i do deadlifts on back or leg days? Feel free to critique.

Looks like a good routine and almost identical to one that i do. I try and mix up my routine every month or so. Depending on the routine im on I do deads on legs or back day but i would probably say put them in your back routine.

Also, might want to switch legs and shoulders, depends on how your shoulders feel but im not sure i could really get a great shoulder workout that close to chest.

Nice i think im going to do deadlifts on leg days and try it out. How Long would you say your workouts typically are?

I would think that if you do deadlifts the correct way it is mainly a leg lift. Unless you straight leg deadlift on back days and hex bar deadlifts on leg days.

why would you be doing straight leg deads on back days? As far as I know, straight leg deads gets the hams so would be useful on leg days.

my routine is:
Monday:chest
Tuesday:arms
Wednesday:legs
Thursday:shoulders
Friday or Saturday(depends):back(i do deads this day)

Thats a pretty good set up i just cant do arms after a chest or back day

Btw ive been doing deadlifts on leg days and love it. I can really hit the rest of my back better when i dont do deads on that day.

I used to do that but after heavy squats and leg presses and everything else I was dead man...no energy for that...so i just moved it to back day. Whatever works best for you though man

You're right, you would think that until you do them. I definitely feel it in my legs when doing them but man does my lower and middle back get sore the next day.

I think you just need to do them and decide. I continue to mix mine up between back and leg days every month or so.

Yea I agree, just pick a day and do them and switch every so often...for me I feel like it's almost a total body workout if you're doing them right, your whole body is under stress.
