So obviously I'm a new member, this being my first post and all. Hello. I'm not new to working out, but just recently got back into a fitness routine. I'm currently only doing gravity resistance workouts (push ups, pull ups, hanging crunches, dips) until I can get a gym membership. I have an extremely high metabolism, and almost no body fat. I weigh 150 pounds, and I am very lean. Lately though, I have had a crazy internal drive to be ridiculously buff. It's for personal reasons. I'm tired of being skinny and lanky, and want some serious bulk. I'm gaining a lot of muscle definition with my current workouts, and hope to add on more once I make it to the gym, but I'm looking for a little boost. Unfortunately I have no source for anabolic steroids, so I was looking at 1-T TREN. I read a thread on it saying good things. This would be my first time taking a steroid-like drug, and was wondering what kind of advice you guys could throw me. If I could find anabolic steroids, I would definitely consider those, but right now it's looking like legals are going to be my best route.

if you do have a high metabolism and are very lean as is, i would recommend starting back at the gym sans any anabolics. look into quality proteins, BCAAs, creatine, and most importantly QUALITY WHOLE FOODS. With a high metabolic rate, if you follow a proper diet and workout routine, you will gain quality muscle mass without needing any anabolics. what are your stats? age, height, weight, etc...?

I'm probably not as lean as my previous post made me out to be. Having said that, I'm not the Hulk either. I'm 18 years old, 152 pounds as of now (obviously there is natural fluctuation) and 6'0" tall. I have been on the fence as to whether or not I wanted to use anabolics. I think I want to start my gym routine free of drugs and see where it gets me, and if I'm not satisfied, then I will look into some products. As far as legals go, is 1-T TREN a good product? From what I have read on this forum, and on Primordial's forum, people have had great success with it. Also, my gym routine consists of 2 full body workouts a week, using full rotary machines, utilizing concentric and eccentric muscle contraction.

you need to reevaluate your lifting routine and design one geared for muscle hypertrophy, or mass building. free weights are where you should spend most of your time, and you should separate workout days into upper body pushing, upper body pulling, and lower body. also your diet is where you will gain the mass from. your a bit young for hormones as well.

Well after some research and talk with fellow body builders, they recommended getting back into it with a 4 week rotary machine routine. They said it will help me to build some mass without too much ability of getting hurt. They also recommended it because it will be easier for me to get the right weight for my exercises. Obviously I am open to suggestions. I have heard arguments towards both sides of lifting, so I'm a little conflicted in this sense. Some people tell me full body workouts are superior to divided routines, while others vote for divided routines. Having been on the fence about getting some products, though, I have decided against it. Going to do this one all by myself. As far as my diet goes, I eat fairly well, with an all around good balance of protein, carbs, and fats. My vitamin and mineral intake is not over the top either. Thanks for the posts so far! The information is greatly appreciated.

EDIT - After doing a bit of research I realize the gains in split training. The idea is to work a certain muscle group, then allow that muscle group time rest while working other muscle groups, correct?

AFireInside... I'd spend some time reading in the Training Forum and getting acquainted with "Westside for Skinny Bastards", "DC Training", and "5x5 Rountine".

Once you have an idea about this stuff, pick one that you think will work well for you (I'd recommend "Westside for Skinny Bastards") and stick with it for 6 months. If you haven't gains significant size and strength, you'll need to re-evaluate things. If you have made great gains, then stick with it.

On the supplement side of things, I really like 1-T Tren and think it's a great alternative to illegal anabolic steroids.

Thanks for the info. I think this was one of the biggest things that turned me off from pursuing weight training was all the different ways to go about it. I had all my buddies telling me 5 different things. I'm going to try to be more persistent this time around, and will hopefully find a plan that will work for me. Thanks for the note on 1-T Tren. I may or may not give it a shot. Might try to get back in the swing of things without using products yet.

Thats the great part of hitting the gym there isnt one way to skin a cat. Good luck out there and post your results. Also on a side note you should also take a look at your diet and protien intake these are two things that will help you have more consistant gains.
