Hey guys,
Just finishing up the 3rd cycle from a year-long blast and cruise cycle.
I did 3x blast/cruises, 10-12 weeks with 5 weeks bridges in between (250mg test E e8d)
First blast: mast + test - mass building and high/moderate calories
Second blast: test + dbol - mass and moderate/high calories
Third blast: tren + mast + bold/equipoise + finishing up with some test - cutting cycle and low calories
Never really went over 1,5grams total AAS per week.
Made some quality gains, and at about 9% BF. But not quite where I want to be. Wanted to reach 6% for a photoshoot however I did have some setbacks during my last cycle (food poisoning etc). Do feeling my recovery and endurance is on the low side after the last cycle with 500 tren e per week.
Question: I definitely don't want to lose the gains, and ideally want to get down to 6%. It doesn't have to be immediately but within a few months would be nice. What would you suggest. Stopping here for a while and doing a PCT with massive doses of HCG etc (I did run HCG on cycle too). Or do another 5 weeks bridging with Test E and then get on the next cycle?
In the meanwhile ramp up calories for a little while? I'm been experiencing massive appetite and hunger -as of late at the 12th week of cutting on the 3rd cycle
