10 out of 20!!???!!???

Opened up to see that I received 10 out of 20 vials. Communication has been great but he is telling me there is no way he can know for sure or not if what I'm saying is true.

Has this ever happened to anybody? Really sucks!!!

Cyto, Dmon, the source is legit and loyal just an honest mistake, fastest T/A ever might be a little "too" fast. I explained EXACTLY the way the packaging was and step by step to what it looked like as i was opening it. He still says there is no way for him to know for sure rather its true or not. I mean if i was tryin to scam the guy I would just tell him the box was plain empty when i opened it ya know???

Sent him pics of my opend pack and the receipt, zoomed in on the total weight, that should be sufficient info to tell im not lying, 20 vials weigh dbl what 10 vials do. total weight was 0.4, all he has to do is pack 10vials and weigh it, bam, there is your soloution

First time I ever ordered this happened to me. It turned out I ordered 10ml vials and source switched to 20ml vials. I had nothing to compare since it was my first order and the labels had no size on them. So I got half as many vials but same amount of product. I just hope your package weight idea works out to prove you did indeed get shorted! It should prove your point. Keep us posted and good luck.
