- Test-E : 250mg x twice a week for 10 weeks
- post cycle therapy (pct) : Nolva 20mg x 3 weeks + Clomid 50mg x 2 weeks
Training Information
- Semi-consistent lifting for past 2 years
- Pretty strict diet (2500-3000 cals)
ADVISE REQUIRED
1) I think my body fat is about 20-22%, am I correct? (I used a BF caliper)
2) Plan to do some blood test to confirm my test levels have stabilize. Should I?
3) Should I continue bulking or should I cut?
4) Planning to cycle Clen with USPLabs Oxyelite every 2 weeks to cut and also cycle my Carb intake (no carb, low carb & high carb). Will this lead to too much muscle loss?
