10 wk Sustanon Cycle

I'm doing 500mg/wk of Sustanon for 10 weeks with HCG starting 3 wks into the cycle and taking it every 4-5 days.

I weighed in at 290 yesterday. Took my first shot on Sunday 3/14/04

I am already feeling the effects on my strength. Did 275 on incline bench yesterday for 3X6 and it was easy as hell. Did 3X8 on dumbell bench and it was equally easy. Did some bicep work also.

My diet is good but it seems that I can't eat like I want to. I'm always hungry but I eat sooooooooo slow now. It's driving me crazy. Any thoughts? I'll keep undating on work out days.

Took 500mg of Sus on Sunday in my lft thigh. Whole quad hurts like fuck now. I can't squat and I am limping bad. Any suggestions. I'll be posting my bench workout tomorrow. I'm angry as hell all the time now, also. Otherwise, I feel great.
 
Yesterday's workout:

Bench Press (in rack) 3x6 355 very very ez
DB incline bench 2x8 120 very ez
barbell curls 3x6 155
db hammer preacher curls 2x8 45's

Keep in mind I compete in strongman, not powerlifting or bodybuilding so bench press days are for accessory strength only. Not really necessary but beneficial for my chosen field.

I weighed in yesterday at 296lb.

Footballstar I'm just under 6'4. NFL scouts in '97 listed me at 6'3 5/8.
 
No I was never drafted. I was an undrafted free agent out of college. Believe or not, I was a 265lb inside/middle linebacker coming out of college. I spent a couple on years on some practice squads for a couple of NFL teams. Nothin' major.
 
is this your first cycle? you can add sterile oil, 1cc for every1cc of Sustanon (sust), to help cut down the pain.
 
This is my first cycle in 3+ years. I think I'll try the sterile oil solution. Thanx for the advice. On to today's workout:

Squat 5x5 495, 500, 505, 510, 515 ez
1xfailure 495
Zercher squats 2x10 225
leg ext 3x12 270
single leg curls 3x12 100
calves 3x15
ab work

Weight was fairly ez on all excercises. Had some problems with my wind because of my allergies but I'm progressing well, I think. I'll post my weight on MOnday.

A linebacker? U must have had a good 40time. how big were u in High school? senior year?
 
Never was really a speedster. I had great explosion and quickness. Since I was so big I was great at stopping the run. Never did alot of pass coverage, I blitzed alot on passing downs. My best forty was a 4.68 at 262 my junior year in college. I ran a 4.78 and 4.82 for NFL scouts.

In high school I was a defensive end and inside linebacker. I graduated at about 230lbs at 6'1. I was really lean then (had trouble keeping weight on). I had 7% bf then so I looked really good. I was a good pass rusher and run stopper but was recruited mainly to play linebacker because of my lack of height and size at that time. No one knew I would continue to grow that much.
 
nice time bro, i am a juinor is high school now. the best time i ran was 5.1 this year when i was about 250. I plan on going to speed school during the summer when i am on a winyy cycle. I hope that helps me get my time down. By the way you were d1 right?
 
Yeah, I went D1. I was a blue-chip all-american out of texas. (I will leave it at that so I don't reveal my true identity). If you are only a junior and 6'4 250, dog, you've got a ton of growing to do. You'll probably end up a pretty good sized offensive or defensive lineman. A 5.1 is a damn good time for you being that young. You don't have shit to worry bout. You'll be alright. Good luck and work on not only your speed but your explosion and agility more than anything. That's what colleges look for.
 
Footballstar, just to let you know that between my junior year in high school and my senior year in college, I had 8 knee surgeries, including 2 reconstructions. In 1997, I did some powerlifting and squatted 770 (natural).

Damn! squading 770 was not a bad recovery from all those injuries

lots of pain in my elbows and shoulders on all assistance work. I also started my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on Sunday 500 I.U every 5 days from here on out. Experiencing lots of anger lately. Trying to maintain. It's been hard. Mary Jane has been keeping the edge off at night. Feeling like a fucking silverback though and it's great!
