forgot to post my workout yesterday... here it is:

power cleans 5x5 235
high pulls 2x8 255
bent over rows 2x8 335
pull ups 2x12
leg lifts 3x30
 
Very nice strenght gains bro! how long have you been on? Are you starting to see a differance in your apperance?

Try injecting 250mg 2x a week instead of 500mg 1x a week bro...also try heating the Sustanon (sust). up before injecting it. Heat it up right in the syringe (before adding the pin)...under HOT water...no micro-wave bro...that could be bad...works wonders!!

I've been on for only 4 weeks now. I'm starting to see a lot of new thickness. My back and thighs are tremendous now. I feel good!!

I weighed in at 290 yesterday. Took my first shot on Sunday 3/14/04

I am already feeling the effects on my strength. Did 275 on incline bench yesterday for 3X6 and it was easy as hell. Did 3X8 on dumbell bench and it was equally easy. Did some bicep work also.

My diet is good but it seems that I can't eat like I want to. I'm always hungry but I eat sooooooooo slow now. It's driving me crazy. Any thoughts? I'll keep undating on work out days.

WHAT KIND OF SUS ARE YOU TAKING ??
 
I got my puter and cell phone stolen last week so I haven't posted in a while. I'm using supertest, and I weighing 306 rt now. I'm trying to watch what I eat now because I don't want to gain much more weight. I'll post my workouts soon. I did pull a muscle in my lower back yesterday on my last set of deadlifts at 5X5 with 555. It seemed very easy but something happened on the last rep of the last set. Gonna take a couple of days off to heal.
 
Back still tight and sore. I did some accessory work yesterday.
