Albumin is about a 3-4 hour protein, casein about 7. Mix it with fat for an extention, to some degree. Casein balls up in the stomach which is why it takes so long to digest.

Ok that's what I thought, egg albumin is longer release than whey, and mixed with fat you get even more time for release.
