Sup brahs, here's my dnp and keto log start keto Monday and start DNP Wednesday as it hasn't arrived yet.
3 weeks on dnp first 4 days 200mg , then 400mg throughout.
Also I'm currently on test prop 150mg and tren a 100mg eod so this should preserve my lean muscle mass
Currently I'd say I'm 13% bf by the end of dnp I want to be 8% body fat.
